Pricing
 
All pricing is in Canadian Dollars and is subject to change without notice
 
 
Shipping
 

All orders are shipped via Canada Post Services with shipping options displayed during the ordering process (except large items [eg: Fridges] where no shipping will be displayed.  Please SEE BELOW**). All in-stock orders are shipped next business day with estimated arrival date displayed during ordering.  The estimated arrival is not guaranteed, especially during times of the year that postal services are overwhelmed (eg: Christmas).  Please always order early to avoid dissapointment. 

In the case of back orders or out of stock item(s), the customer will be contacted within 1 business day and informed when the item(s) will be in-stock.  For these items, please allow 2-4 weeks before delivery within North America.  For orders outside North America, the customer will be contacted with the estimated ETA. 

**All Chillr units, Vintage Keeper & Danby Wine Fridges, and the Tasting & Storage Table will be shipped via courier.  The customer will be contacted upon ordering any of these products with the outlined shipping methods and prices for each.  The shipping will then be charged seperately to the customers credit card only after the shipping method has been chosen.

 
 
Minimum Order
 
Regrettably, we cannot ship orders below a total of 20 dollars CDN before tax.
 
 
Returns
 
At Choice Vintners, all of our products are guaranteed to arrive undamaged and in proper working order. We are committed to providing our customers with the best products and the best shipping. If there is a discrepancy, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) and provide us with your order number, name, and a brief explanation. We will respond as quickly as possible and if a pickup is required, Choice Vintners will make the appropriate arrangements and contact the customer when said arrangements are in place.
 
 
Other Returns
 
Choice Vintners' policy for those cases that the client has a change of opinion are as follows: For the return of all products, we must be contacted by email within five days of receiving the product(s). The product(s) must be returned to Choice Vintners in the same physical condition as on receipt, with all the undamaged packing material. All shipping and delivery costs regarding the order are the responsibility of the customer. The customer may use any registered courier of their choice that provide tracking numbers.  The customer must provide Choice Vintners with the Tracking Number of the package(s) and the name of the registered courier company once they have been shipped. All product returns will incur a restocking fee of 20%. For our Corporate Account customers, a credit may be applied to their account if desired.
